KUCHING, 24 June 2025 – A joint briefing session on Human-Crocodile Conflict, in collaboration with the Sarawak Rivers Board and the Sarawak Forestry Corporation, was chaired by YB Datuk Henry Harry Jinep, Deputy Minister of Transport (Maritime and Riverine), at the Main Meeting Room, Ministry of Transport Sarawak (MOTS), Level 7, Bangunan Baitul Makmur, Medan Raya, Petra Jaya, 93050 Kuching, Sarawak.
 
The session started with a presentation titled "Human-Crocodile Conflict: Coexistence Strategies and Conservation Efforts," delivered by Dr. Mohd Izwan Zulani Abdul Gani, Wildlife Officer from the Sarawak Forestry Corporation. A subsequent presentation, titled "Addressing Human-Crocodile Conflict in Sarawak: Collaboration between the Sarawak Rivers Board and the Sarawak Forestry Corporation," was delivered by Lt. Col. Ding Tiew Wong (Retired), Controller of the Sarawak Rivers Board.
 
Also present were senior officers from the Ministry of Transport Sarawak (MOTS) and the Sarawak Rivers Board (SRB).
